This is where capital begins to flow into your business.

#### How Investors Discover Your Startup

TheAngel’s platform uses an AI-driven recommendation engine to match your startup with investors who are:

* Interested in your stage
* Located in compatible regions
* Aligned with your business model
* Demonstrating prior investment behaviour

You also appear in:

* Featured listings
* Trending startups
* Sector categories
* Investor watchlists

This dramatically increases visibility compared to relying on personal networks.

#### Investor Funding Experience

When an investor chooses to fund your company:

**1. They complete KYC/AML**

Ensures only verified investors participate.

**2. They choose their allocation**

(e.g., $2,000 / $10,000 / $50,000)

**3. Tokens are instantly issued to them**

These tokens represent ownership via the securitisation fund.

**4. You receive capital**

Funds are transferred to your startup’s designated account.

**5. The round progresses**

You see real-time progress in your founder dashboard:
