## Phase 3 — Making an Investment

Investing through TheAngel is fast, compliant, and transparent.

### Investment Workflow

#### 1. Select the amount

Choose your allocation, e.g., £1,000 / £5,000 / £25,000.

#### 2. Review token allocation

See exactly how many equity-backed tokens you will receive.

#### 3. Confirm investment

A clear breakdown includes:

* Token price
* Fees (if any)
* Total cost

#### 4. Complete payment

Payment methods vary by region:

* Bank transfer
* Credit/debit card
* Stablecoin (if applicable)

#### 5. Tokens issued instantly

Once payment clears, your wallet receives:

* Tokenised equity (AMC with ISIN)
* Investment certificate
* Ownership confirmation

#### 6. Startup receives funds

Funds are securely transferred to the startup’s dedicated account.
