#### 5. Tokens issued instantly

Once payment clears, your wallet receives:

* Tokenised equity (AMC with ISIN)
* Investment certificate
* Ownership confirmation

#### 6. Startup receives funds

Funds are securely transferred to the startup’s dedicated account.
